Deine Aufgaben

Develop and implement performance strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction and increase the profitability of the Micro segment.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address development opportunities.
Harmonize group-wide best practices, align Micro strategy to overall Retail operating model and facilitate the implementation of digital solutions throughout the whole Micro area.
Monitor market performance & provide input for improving the overall business development.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, customers and employees.

Dein Profil

Strong experience in an international leadership role in the field of Retail business and particularly in Micro business management.
A service-oriented and transformational mindset.
Strong understanding of Micro business in CEE Region and project management skills.
Ability to think strategically, with a strong understanding of business objectives and how technology can support them.
A service-oriented and transformational mindset with the willingness to drive Erste Group’s retail innovation area to functional excellence.
A strong experience in collaborating with C-Levels (board) and various internal & external stakeholders.
Fluency in English, any other CEE language is of advantage.

The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 44.567,– gross per year. But this is just a formality – we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person!
