Deine Aufgaben

Digital Marketing Strategy: Shape and execute a future-focused digital marketing strategy for the Sugarbeet Business Unit.
Roadmaps & Implementation responsibility: Develop and maintain channel & service specific roadmaps, content and campaigns. Enable local markets to successfully implement campaigns using the relevant tools and platforms.
Measure Success: Establish KPIs to track and evaluate the success of digital marketing activities and ensure continuous improvement.
Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align goals and deliver impactful results.
Lead with Expertise: Provide leadership for our digital implementation manager and collaborate with the wider marketing team to drive success.

Dein Profil

Academic Background: University degree in marketing, agricultural sciences, agricultural economics, or a related field with a marketing focus
Experience: Several years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, with expertise in email and social media marketing, as well as digital campaigning
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, develop insights, and implement effective solutions
Communication & Collaboration: A persuasive and open personality with outstanding communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a global environment
Project Management: Ability to manage complex projects across regions and cultures
Self-Motivation: A proactive, goal-oriented and independent work style, with a strong drive to achieve excellence
Technical Proficiency: Competence in MS Office, CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and other relevant platforms
Language Skills: Fluency in English (both written and spoken), with knowledge of German being an asset
