Deine Aufgaben

Lead Business Planning: Drive the order target-setting process for each region and business segment, ensuring alignment with AES goals.
Forecasting & Reporting: Oversee order forecasting and reporting, ensuring transparency and accuracy across the AES organization.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement an integrated AES go-to-market plan that addresses specific needs across business segments, in collaboration with segment leaders.
Communication & Engagement: Coordinate and manage webcasts, meetings, and events to engage the AES community, fostering collaboration and information sharing.
Business Reviews: Lead the quarterly business review process across AES and partner organizations, ensuring clear insights and actionable outcomes.
Continuous Improvement: Initiate and design strategic improvement projects that drive efficiency, innovation, and growth across AES.

Dein Profil

Industry Expertise: In-depth understanding of the automotive and energy ecosystem, with proven experience navigating complex market dynamics.
Leadership Experience: Several years of experience in sales of complex solutions, along with a strong background in international management.
Educational Background: Degree in industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field.
Analytical & Strategic Mindset: Strong analytical abilities, combined with a strategic approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Effective Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Resilient & Adaptive: Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Technical Background: A technical background is advantageous, but not mandatory.
