Deine Aufgaben

  • Customer Acquisition: Identify and engage potential customers in the refractory industry across Europe, focusing on building new business relationships.
  • Sales Offers & Follow-Up: Prepare and present sales offers based on the company’s price list and variable freight rates. Follow up with customers to close deals and manage ongoing relationships.
  • Client Visits: Travel to meet customers in Germany and other European countries as required to build and strengthen business partnerships.
  • Sample Handling & Administrative Support: Assist with receiving, forwarding, and managing customer sample requests. Support in managing documentation and other administrative tasks.
  • Incentive-Based Sales: Earn additional incentives for successful sales and new customer acquisitions, allowing for higher earnings.
  • Regular Office Discussions: After an initial one-week in-person training, the role will allow for part-time work from a home office. However, regular in-person visits at least once a week will be required for discussions, updates, and alignment with the team.

Dein Profil

  • German Language: Fluency in German is mandatory for customer interactions.
  • English Proficiency: Strong command of English is required for internal communication and business correspondence.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to acquire new customers, negotiate deals, and drive sales.
  • Travel Availability: Willingness to travel within Germany and Europe for customer visits as needed.
  • Multitasking & Flexibility: Ability to balance tasks such as sales follow-up, sample handling, and documentation.
  • Education: Students (undergraduate or graduate) are welcome to apply. A background in ceramic engineering, business, or sales is an advantage.
  • Additional Languages: Proficiency in other European languages (French, Italian, Spanish, Czech) is a strong bonus.
