Deine Aufgaben

You advise our customers on how to set up their marketing in a data-driven and automated way.
You analyze customers’ digital business processes and IT landscapes, identify optimization potential.
You are responsible for the selection, introduction and implementation of new marketing processes and systems.
You build a trusting relationship with stakeholders on the customer side, advise them and make proactive suggestions for improvement.
You act as an interface between specialist departments and development teams in marketing automation projects in order to find the best solutions.
You record specialist and technical requirements, manage them and translate them into technical solution concepts.
You play a key role in developing the implementation roadmap for marketing automation.
You actively support our new business team in the preparation and presentation of pitches with your know-how.
You enjoy dealing with new technologies and methods independently.

Dein Profil

You actively support our new business team in the preparation and presentation of pitches with your know-how.
You enjoy dealing with new technologies and methods independently.
You have a completed degree in marketing, business informatics or a comparable qualification.
You have experience with methods such as business process analysis, technical assessment, solution design, and roadmap development.
You have experience in creating use cases and implementation concepts with a focus on marketing automation/channel orchestration and analytics use cases.
You have excellent know-how in at least one common marketing automation solution such as Marketo, Pardot or emarsys and a good overview of the marketing automation landscape.
You have a basic understanding of related technologies and platforms: customer data platforms, analytics as well as analytical thinking and high problem-solving skills.
You have a high level of initiative and result orientation and are willing to develop personally and deal with new technologies and methods.
You have creativity and good presentation skills for communicating complex topics.
You have strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team for working with different departments and stakeholders.
You have fluent written and spoken English (at least C1), knowledge of German is an advantage.
