Deine Aufgaben

Maintaining and updating Portfolio dashboards and collaboration tools (e.g., Wrike)
Participating in team meetings and contributing to process improvement discussions
Supporting project onboarding and closure activities, including the documentation and archiving of Project Data
Technically developing and enhancing Program Management processes and reporting using Wrike Integrate and Power BI
Technically developing and enhancing the Automation rules in Wrike software
Supporting project managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities
Assisting in preparing project documentation, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
Helping with project coordination, follow-ups, and task assignments

Dein Profil

Bachelor or Master student in the field of Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field
Basic proficiency in one or a few programming languages
Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Tools
Comfortable in reading and understanding moderately complex technical logics (Visual Basic, Power Automate)
Experience in data visualization tools such as Power BI
General technical aptitude and willingness to learn
Flexibility and creativity to work in program structures
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
First experience in project management and Wrike software would be a plus
Excellent written and spoken English language skills; German language skills would be a plus
