As a Senior Manager Sales Esports & Gaming, you are responsible for selling partnerships around the major global assets our unit represents. This will include lead generation, relationship building, direct selling, and renewal of the same account for future events.

Your Responsibilities

 

– You create sales traction and generate leads for our major global digital entertainment assets like EAFC, Esports      World Cup and Gaming.
– You work highly self-determined with the goal to organize, facilitate, and follow up on sales leads and meetings.     Sales wins count – a strong pipeline is the base to success!
– You lead deal negotiations, assist in the development of partnership packages and manage the contracting     process  to secure favorable terms.
– You collaborate with the operation team and client servicing teams to ensure the smooth delivery of rights and   activation for the secured brands.
– You make use of macro and micro market trends, sound product knowledge and deep understanding of brand   marketing to strategically identify relevant clients and categories.
– You maintain relationships with potential and existing partners to generate new leads and renew deals, ensuring     long-term business growth.
– You liaise with SPORTFIVE international territories and colleagues where necessary to work collaboratively on     relevant projects.
– You use our CRM software to manage and update all aspects of the sales process, ensuring data accuracy and     timely reporting to lead by example

Dein Profil

Your Profile

 

– Experience: You should have 5+ years of marketing expertise across the digital media and entertainment industry –  ideally with a strong focus on sales and existing network/rolodex. A degree in marketing, communications, media,     or a related field would be a bonus but not mandatory
– Mentality: You show an powerful approach to sales, with extensive knowledge of the media landscape, in addition   to a basic understanding of gaming and esports
– Prove: You must maintain a proven track record of generating revenue with consistent, positive results in a pan-   national/global sales environment
– Passion: Your heart beats for digital entertainment (gaming, creator, esports), with a proactive, hands-on approach   and strong trend awareness in brand communication
– Aura: You got great communication and presentation skills in english. Additional languages like spanish, german,   italian or arabic as a plus.
– You are open to travel internationally
