We’re looking for a growth-driven, customer-focused (Senior) Marketing Manager (m/f/d) for the DACH region to drive brand awareness, growth, and retention. This role requires to have passion for results, strong collaboration, creativity, and openness to test and learn. The successful candidate (m/f/d) has experience in partnering with the direct sales team and partnership teams, an extensive B2B marketing background, and a deep knowledge of the region with an international perspective.

Deine Aufgaben

Creating and completing a regionally impactful marketing strategy and plan that builds brand awareness while also generating and accelerating pipeline for the DACH region
Identifying and developing a deep knowledge of our DACH buyer personas
Developing and executing a broad range of integrated marketing programs including brand, vertical, and account-based marketing campaigns to assist regional sales objectives. This will include adaptions of global campaigns & the creation of campaigns specifically for DACH
Partnering with the corporate communication team to deliver integrated plans in the region in line with the local strategy. You ensure that we are telling the SoSafe story in a consistent voice
Delivering impactful customer experiences and engagements collectively with our global growth marketing and event teams
Being the voice of the DACH region for central marketing functions (e.g. brand, growth marketing, content marketing, and product marketing) and collaborating to agree on priorities for the region
Forecasting, measuring, analyzing and reporting campaign results to drive continuous improvement and seeking to generate new global best practices through experimental efforts
Enabling sales teams with toolkits, templates, and campaign timelines to ensure alignment between outbound sales and inbound marketing efforts

Dein Profil

8+ Jahre B2B-Erfahrung (idealerweise SaaS) zur Generierung und Beschleunigung des Vertriebspipelines durch Field Marketing
Erfahrung in der Markenimplementierung und Steigerung der Markenbekanntheit in der DACH-Region
Robustes Wissen über Marketing an Technologie-Entscheidungsträger
Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit dem direkten Vertriebsteam und Partnerschaftsteams zur Sicherstellung einer optimalen Pipeline-Abdeckung, -Beschleunigung und -Ausrichtung
Starke analytische Techniken mit nachgewiesener Expertise in der Kampagnenmessung, Analyse und Interpretation von Daten
Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Enterprise- und öffentlichen Sektor-Kunden
Erfahrung mit Vertriebs- und Marketingautomatisierung, wie HubSpot und Salesforce
Erfahrung in der Steuerung und Zusammenarbeit mit Unternehmenskommunikationsteams oder PR-Agenturen für die DACH-Region
Hervorragende deutsche schriftliche, kommunikative und Präsentationstechniken – Englisch erforderlich als Kommunikationssprache im Unternehmen (eine weitere EU-Sprache ist ein Bonus)
