Deine Aufgaben

Design SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects – from conception to implementation of the system configuration.
Leading Fit2Standard workshops to specify the desired innovations or new release functions.
Support of the project teams in the creation of concepts and architectures in the area of SuccessFactors
Assumption of independent tasks (e.g. as sub-project manager) as well as preparation and follow-up of project meetings and workshops.
Steering the different stakeholders in the project, relationship management with customers

Dein Profil

Minimum of 5 years experience in SAP SuccessFactors
Professional experience in implementation projects as a (sub-)project manager
At least 3 certificates, incl.1 professional level, in SAP SuccessFactor
Know-How of the whole product portfolio and their roadmap
Strong communication skills in German and English
