Welcome and help customers, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
Demonstrate brand and product knowledge, based upon the training program provided, as well as keeping up to date with the luxury environment and competitors.
Proactively deliver the brand’s selling ceremony, maximizing sales opportunities in order to achieve store sales target and KPIs.
Visual Merchandising Operations in the shop
Actively builds client confidence by creating an engaging interactive experience
Gain new clients, meeting conversion goals and continues to service existing clients

Expertise in Retail Sales
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Fluent in English and German language
