Navigating complexity: Be the bridge between creative teams, stakeholders, and clients

Are you passionate about bringing innovative ideas to life? As a Project Manager in our Product Experience and Interaction Design team, you’ll play a key role in orchestrating the successful execution of our creative projects and collaborate closely with an international team of designers, creative experts, and our clients to ensure project success in terms of time, cost, and scope.

Deine Aufgaben

Manage projects with a focus on Product Experience and Interaction Design for a wide variety of physical and digital products for global brands – from kick-off to completion.
See the ‘bigger picture’. Map out possible future scenarios in terms of budget, timing, and resources.
Control and monitor progress and plan ahead – taking countermeasures if needed.
Lead interdisciplinary project teams with clarity, empathy, and vision, to foster collaboration.
Support quoting and proposal development.
Be the main communication hub. Run internal and external meetings. Lead joint decision-making processes. Follow-up with stakeholders and clients.

Dein Profil

Professional experience in Project Management.
Understanding of all interaction design tools e.g. user stories, use cases, user flows.
Advanced organisational skills.
Managing timelines, resources, and budgets.
Clear communication skills.
Accurate and detail-oriented working style.
Service-orientated attitude and self-starter mentality.
Keen interest in usability and intuitiveness.
Awareness of interactive prototyping and design validation.
Fluency in English; German skills are a plus.
