Deine Aufgaben

Define and drive Fintiba’s CRM strategy for all products from a marketing communication and campaign perspective
Implement data driven CRM campaigns
Utilize data analytics and insights to make informed decisions
Monitor/analyze the results (quantitative, qualitative) of local CRM activities and define the obstacles and insights
Communicate and align with Team Lead B2C Marketing

Dein Profil

Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich digitales Marketing
Mindestens 2 Jahre umfangreiche Erfahrung mit Hubspot (bevorzugt) oder Salesforce
Erfahrung in der technischen und analytischen Seite des Marketings
Vertrautheit mit verschiedenen Online-Marketing-Tools (z.B. Analytics, Adwords, Meta / Google Ads)
Erfahrung in der Arbeit in agilen Teams
Gute mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksweise
Leidenschaft für digitales Marketing, internationalen Austausch und Vielfalt
