Leading the development of our innovative SaaS platform using JavaScript, React, Node and other relevant web technologies
Maintenance and improvement of our tech stack (Firebase, React, GCP, GitHub, etc…)
Guiding and mentoring our development team, implementing best practices and quality standards
Actively participating in the ideation process and shaping the direction of our product
Exploring the integration of AI within our platform and expanding our capabilities
Taking responsibility for mentoring future developers as we expand our team

Dein Profil

Leading the development of our innovative SaaS platform using JavaScript, React, Node and other relevant web technologies
Maintenance and improvement of our tech stack (Firebase, React, GCP, GitHub, etc…)
Guiding and mentoring our development team, implementing best practices and quality standards
Actively participating in the ideation process and shaping the direction of our product
Exploring the integration of AI within our platform and expanding our capabilities
Taking responsibility for mentoring future developers as we expand our team
A strong interest in AI and a willingness to grow expertise in this field
A proactive, problem-solving attitude, with a knack for innovation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
A minimum of 3 years‘ experience in Full-Stack development using JS/HTML5/CSS/Node
Experience with modern web frameworks (preferably React)
Expertise with databases (preferably NoSQL) and data structures
Experience with setting up and maintaining DevOps
Experience working in an agile development environment (Start-Up experience is a plus)
Proven experience in team leadership and building development processes
