Deine Aufgaben

  • Consults and advises on a wide variety of complex projects involving the design, pricing, and management of health, paid time off (PTO), retirement and other benefits in EMEA, LATAM and APAC regions.
  • Contributes to the design and management of pension, retirement and Family Leave Policies
  • Remains current with benefit trends, legislated requirements, and emerging/evolving programs.
  • Delivers internal programs to educate employees on benefit offerings.
  • Researches complex benefit issues and recommends resolution strategies that reflect historical precedent, contractual obligations, Dynatrace’s philosophy, regulatory requirements, policy and other considerations.
  • Assists with and performs vendor management ensuring work of third party service providers aligns with and supports benefit objectives.
  • Manages the delivery of local and regional benefits programs.
  • Manages the benefit renewal activity, ensuring our benefits are current, competitive and compliant.
  • Collaborates across HR teams to ensure local benefit needs are addressed.
  • Manages projects such as provider reviews, new benefit implementations and benefit changes.
  • Maintains efficient records of benefit processes and procedures, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting. Continually reviewing and assessing these processes to improve, streamline to enhance accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to complete due diligence for new country or regulatory requirements and/or market practice changes.

Dein Profil

  • Responsible for the management and governance of benefit plans and policies across LATAM, EMEA, and APAC regions.
  • Strategic operator who can mobilize information from multiple sources and manage numerous stakeholders.
  • Consults and advises on complex projects involving the design, pricing, and management of various benefits.
  • Contributes to the design and management of pension, retirement, and Family Leave Policies.
  • Remains current with benefit trends, legislated requirements, and emerging/evolving programs.
  • Delivers internal programs to educate employees on benefit offerings.
  • Researches complex benefit issues and recommends resolution strategies.
  • Assists with and performs vendor management to align with benefit objectives.
  • Manages the delivery of local and regional benefits programs.
  • Manages benefit renewal activity to ensure benefits are current, competitive, and compliant.
  • Collaborates across HR teams to address local benefit needs.
  • Manages projects such as provider reviews, new benefit implementations, and benefit changes.
  • Maintains efficient records of benefit processes and procedures.
  • Collaborates with internal departments for due diligence in new country or regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in implementing and managing Pension, Benefits, and Wellbeing Plans in EMEA, LATAM, and/or Asia Pacific.
  • Ability to research and analyze benefit market competitiveness.
  • Ability to meet planned objectives with a flexible approach to respond to challenges.
  • Experience in implementing new benefit plans and understanding of mandated and supplemental benefit plans.
  • Knowledge of international market trends, cultural and competitive practices, legislation, and benchmarking of benefit plans.
  • Ability to engage colleagues at all levels with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent commercial skills; analyzing the cost impact of change and providing alternative cost management options.
  • Experienced at Pension administration.
  • Ability to process information with high levels of accuracy.
  • Identifies, monitors, evaluates, and recommends process enhancements.
