Deine Aufgaben

Acting as the point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related issues;
Performing, optimizing, and professionalizing HR tasks in the broadest sense;
Coordinating payroll processing between the payroll provider and internal stakeholders;
Managing all administrative tasks related to onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding;
Coordinating and following up on sick leave notifications;
Preparing management reports on FTE, absenteeism, payroll costs, etc.;
Supporting the implementation of HRIS, payroll, and attendance systems;
Leading HR projects, possibly in collaboration with the headquarters in the Netherlands.
