Deine Aufgaben

Drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing partnerships with online academies in Germany.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan based on our proven case study and success in the market.
Establish strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring their business objectives are met through our solutions.
Negotiate and close high-value deals, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to align on strategies and market needs.
Potentialy become the lead for the Online Academies entire business line.

Dein Profil

Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably (not required) in EdTech, SaaS, or related fields.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing high-value clients.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
Ambition to grow on a professional and personal level and to eventually, after some time, lead this full area of the company.
Fluency in German and English.
Willingness to travel within Germany to meet clients.
