Deine Aufgaben

  • Assist in the creation and implementation of integrated marketing plans aligned to targeted business outcomes for a single business area.
  • Coordinate with local teams, including Program Marketing Managers (PMMs), Sales, Communications, Finance, and Business Operations to establish the appropriate marketing plan, with guidance from others on their team.
  • Contribute to the delivery of the marketing plan.
  • Contribute to reports and analysis of customer metrics.
  • Assists with the creation of reports and analyses of customer metrics to identify opportunities to improve customer engagement by collaborating with engine owners.
  • Read and interprets marketing performance and marketing spend reports, using analytical knowledge to extract insights from data.
  • Interpret business implications of results and reports findings to stakeholders.
  • Assist with orchestrating and completing work needed across local stakeholders for Rhythm of Connection (RoC) meetings.
  • Track marketing-related spending against planned estimates.
  • Ensure event or campaign delivery is consistent with marketing plan.
  • Support team members working with stakeholders to clarify the information and intelligence needed to answer specific business problems.

  • Design and drive market research and corresponding strategy in support of business outcomes and impact.
  • Drive Microsoft’s business objectives through integrated marketing campaigns aligned to globally defined priorities, strategies, and programs.
  • Develop local marketing plans that drive customer demand based on global program availability, functional expertise, and local market knowledge and insights.
  • Ensure marketing plan execution upholds global strategic guidance, regulatory and compliance standards and Microsoft Accessibility and Privacy principles.
