Deine Aufgaben

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and other key stakeholders in the automotive and electrification industries.
  • Promote the company’s portfolio, BMS software platforms, and 12V battery systems to potential customers.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets in the automotive, energy storage, and industrial markets.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts by understanding customer needs and providing solutions that maximize their value.
  • Initiate and actively engage in prospecting and lead generation efforts.

Dein Profil

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and other key stakeholders in the automotive and electrification industries.
  • Promote the company’s portfolio, BMS software platforms, and 12V battery systems to potential customers.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets in the automotive, energy storage, and industrial markets.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts by understanding customer needs and providing solutions that maximize their value.
  • Initiate and actively engage in prospecting and lead generation efforts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. A technical background in batteries, electrical engineering, or automotive software is highly desirable.
  • 5-10 years of proven success in sales and account management.
  • Established network within leading premium OEMs (such as BMW, Mercedes, Daimler, Porsche, Audi), demonstrating experience and connections in the industry.
  • Basic understanding of battery technologies, battery management systems (BMS), and cloud-based software solutions.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
