Deine Aufgaben

Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies and marketing plans in close collaboration with the Brand Lead, encompassing portfolio management, innovation, communication, and media planning
Track and analyse performance across market trends, competitive activities, and brand metrics to identify opportunities and areas for improvement
Oversee the day-to-day operations related to brand management including the coordination of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution of launch and relaunch initiatives
Manage the Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximise ROI
Work collaboratively with colleagues from shopper & customer marketing, sales, expert marketing and finance to ensure cohesive execution of brand strategies
Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture

Dein Profil

Passion for Brands: Begeisterung für Marken, Produkte und Innovationen zur Schaffung eines großartigen Erlebnisses für Verbraucher
Analytical and Strategic Skills: Starke analytische und strategische Marketingfähigkeiten mit nachgewiesener Fähigkeit zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketingplänen
Accountability and Leadership: Starkes Verantwortungsbewusstsein für Projekte und Erfahrung in der Führung und Mentoring von Teams
Educational Background: Hochschulabschluss in Marketing, Markenmanagement, Wirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich
Experience: Ca. 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung im Marketing/Brand/Innovation Management, idealerweise im FMCG-Bereich
Technical Proficiency: Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Programmen, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
Language Skills: Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch (schriftlich und mündlich)
