We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Remote Sourcer to join our team for a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) project. This role focuses on the sourcing and screening of candidates for high-volume hiring across Ireland, Germany, and France within the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, particularly within the semiconductor sector, and will be fluent in English and German.

Deine Aufgaben

Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the semiconductor industry.
Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to build a robust candidate pipeline.
Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidates‘ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Identify and shortlist candidates who meet the job requirements and align with the company’s values.
Maintain and update candidate pipelines to ensure a continuous flow of potential hires.
Track and manage candidates through the recruitment process using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Stay informed about industry trends, talent availability, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations to the recruitment team.
Work closely with the recruitment team, hiring managers, and HR teams to understand role requirements and provide regular updates on sourcing and screening activities.
Ensure all sourcing and screening activities are conducted in compliance with local laws and company policies.

Dein Profil

Fluency in English and German.
Minimum of 3-5 years of sourcing or recruitment experience, with a focus on the semiconductor industry.
Proven experience in sourcing and screening for high-volume recruitment, preferably within an RPO or agency environment.
Comfortable working in a remote setting, with a strong ability to manage time and tasks independently.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
