Deine Aufgaben

Work closely with Service Owners and Group Competence Centers (GCCs) to design, enhance, and maintain CDC Service architecture and processes
Consult local entities on integration design, addressing questions and resolving issues
Design and maintain customized service solutions for specific entities in collaboration with Service Owners, GCCs, and local teams
Contribute to the annual planning process by supporting idea collection and helping to shape the enhancement roadmap and spin-off projects
Manage CDC user and authorization processes to ensure secure and seamless access
Oversee CDC test cases and supervise testing during service improvements, upgrades, and onboarding of new entities

Dein Profil

Completed studies in the field of computer science / business informatics / information security or relevant training
Several years of professional experience in IT security architecture or cybersecurity solutions, preferably within a Cyber Defence Center or Security Operations Center; experience in regulated industries such as insurance is beneficial
Strong knowledge of IT security frameworks, tools (e.g., SIEM, SOAR), and process management
Basic understanding of IT software, IT infrastructure, network and end-user solutions
Structured and team-oriented way of working with a high level of initiative and flexibility as well as a hands-on mentality
Very good English skills, both written and spoken; German language skills desirable; an additional CEE language is an advantage
Willingness to travel in CEE (approx. 25 %)
