Zalando’s newly formed Inspiration and Entertainment venture is seeking a creative, dynamic and experienced video artist, who understands how Artificial Intelligence (AI) is going to impact brand video development and understands how to leverage this technology to enable impactful business outcomes at scale.

Deine Aufgaben

Provide a link in your submission to a portfolio showcasing your AI Video Projects.
You will work on a high-functioning creative team that is driving innovations at the intersection of entertainment, culture, and fashion/beauty commerce
As an independent contributor you will work day-to-day with our editorial and content productions teams from zStudios and Highsnobiety in a newsroom like set-up to deliver irresistible entry points into the most compelling fashion stories of the day
You will support editorial and productions teams to up-level planned releases but also have the creative license to drive new ideas
You will try many different approaches and formats, optimizing those that gain traction with our audiences
You will explore new tooling and features in AI generated content as it develops, finding new opportunities to deliver compelling new formats that are able to scale
You’ll have access to state-of-the-art equipment, production studio space, and access to a vast library of high value production assets from the world’s leading Fashion / Beauty Brands and culture shaping talent.

Dein Profil

Creative, dynamic and experienced video artist
Understanding of how AI impacts brand video development
Ability to leverage AI technology for impactful business outcomes
Strong sense of leadership
Experience with traditional video production tools and digital content creation trends
Ability to work with creative, brand, and social media teams for brand alignment
Capability to work in a fast-paced, innovative team environment
Experience working with editorial and content production teams
Ability to drive new ideas and creative projects
Flexibility to try different approaches and optimize successful formats
Interest in exploring new AI tooling and features for content generation
Strong creative background and clear design aesthetic
Ability to handle multiple assignments, work against deadlines, and maintain quality
Interest in market trends and emerging talents in creative video formats
Ability to translate successful approaches into templates for other creatives
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Collaborative, welcomes feedback, and thrives in a team environment
