Deine Aufgaben

Develop and improve Product Management Workflows & Processes: Assist in refining essential product management processes and workflows, ensuring that they are streamlined and effective
Build and maintain Tools & Templates: Help create and maintain practical tools and templates that enhance the efficiency of our product management activities
Coordinate Product Management meetings: Support the planning and execution of overarching meetings, fostering alignment and collaboration across Product Management
Maintain and improve our Knowledge Base: Contribute to the organization and improvement of our Product Management Knowledge Base, ensuring up-to-date and accessible resources for the team
Support additional Product Management tasks: Take on various tasks as needed

Dein Profil

Develop and improve Product Management Workflows & Processes: Assist in refining essential product management processes and workflows, ensuring that they are streamlined and effective
Build and maintain Tools & Templates: Help create and maintain practical tools and templates that enhance the efficiency of our product management activities
Coordinate Product Management meetings: Support the planning and execution of overarching meetings, fostering alignment and collaboration across Product Management
Maintain and improve our Knowledge Base: Contribute to the organization and improvement of our Product Management Knowledge Base, ensuring up-to-date and accessible resources for the team
Support additional Product Management tasks: Take on various tasks as needed
Currently enrolled in a business, marketing, engineering, or related field, with a strong interest in product management processes and organizational efficiency
First experience in project management, process improvement, or administrative support, with an interest in tools and template development
Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to tasks
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams, with an assertive and hands-on mentality
Analytical mindset with excellent observation and listening skills, able to identify areas for improvement and take initiative to address them
Fluent in both German and English
