Deine Aufgaben

  • Strategic Development: Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop a long-term international marketing strategy.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with agents.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the team, coordinating tasks, goals, and responsibilities.
  • Agent Program: Elevate the agent program, taking full responsibility for goals, ROI, concept, and implementation.
  • Partnerships: Enhance partnerships with universities and other partners, taking full responsibility for goals, ROI, concept, and implementation.
  • Projects: Participate in cross-functional projects on strategic marketing topics.

Dein Profil

  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, sales or key account management.
  • Proficiency with online marketing tools (e.g., Analytics, Adwords, Meta Business Manager, WordPress, Hubspot).
  • Interest in the technical and analytical aspects of marketing.
  • Experience working in agile teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (and German).
  • Passion for international exchange and diversity.
