Provide ongoing support and training to clients to maximise their utilisation of ai4process and Pega technologies.
Develop and implement Pega applications, including configuring business processes and user interfaces.
Participate in requirements gathering and provide technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
Assist in developing project plans and timelines, ensuring successful delivery of solutions.
Collaborate with the Lead System Architect to align technical solutions with business requirements.
Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in Pega implementation.
Design and oversee the implementation of complex Pega solutions, ensuring they meet client needs and performance expectations.
Lead architectural discussions and design sessions with clients and stakeholders.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams.
Collaborate with business analysts to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Ensure adherence to Pega best practices and architectural standards throughout project execution.

Dein Profil

Location: Vienna, Austria (On-site)
Language Requirement: Native German speakers or professional proficiency (C1/C2 level) in German; proficiency in English is also essential.
Key Responsibilities for Business Architect (BA):

- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications.

- Collaborate with the Lead System Architect to align technical solutions with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities for Lead System Architect (LSA):
- Design and oversee the implementation of complex Pega solutions, ensuring they meet client needs and performance expectations.

- Collaborate with business analysts to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Qualifications:
- Native German speakers or professional proficiency (C1/C2 level) in German; proficiency in English is essential.
- Proven experience in business architecture or system architecture roles within the Pega ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of business process management, optimisation, and digital transformation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset focused on delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Relevant Pega certifications (e.g., Pega Certified System Architect, Pega Certified Senior System Architect, Pega Certified Business Architect or Pega Certified Lead System Architect) are essential.
