Deine Aufgaben

Execute and support the European Sports Marketing strategy
Monitor the performance of athletes and sponsorships, preparing reports and presentations to track success and impact.
Manage day-to-day communication and coordination with European athletes, ambassadors, climbing gyms, and brand partners.
Oversee the administrative management of athlete contracts, sponsorship agreements, and related documentation.
Organize and maintain the test pool of gear for sponsored athletes and partners.
Collaborate in planning and organizing brand-aligned events.
Coordinate internal and external communication between marketing teams, athletes, and stakeholders.
Support the European Marketing Team with administrative and back-office tasks, as well as order management.
