Are you a Senior Product Manager with a passion for enhancing player experiences in free-to-play mobile games? A leading mobile games studio is seeking a Senior Product Manager to take the lead on designing and delivering features that elevate the everyday player journey. You’ll collaborate with Monetization Managers and cross-functional teams to build intuitive, rewarding systems and events that support both player engagement and business growth.

Deine Aufgaben

Owning the end-to-end strategy, design, and implementation of player-facing features
Identifying opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and long-term satisfaction
Supporting the planning and rollout of in-game events, offers, and limited-time content
Using player insights, behavioural data, and market trends to drive decision-making
Measuring and optimising the impact of new features post-launch

Dein Profil

Experience working on feature development and LiveOps for free-to-play mobile games
A player-centric mindset with a strong understanding of gameplay systems and player behaviour
Comfortable working with analytics, KPIs, and user feedback to guide product decisions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across design, engineering, and monetisation teams
A proactive, ownership-driven approach with a focus on delivering measurable results
