Aardvark Swift is leading the search for an experienced Senior Director of Marketing and Growth for one of Europe’s leading mobile games studios based in the heart of Berlin. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will take full ownership of the studio’s marketing strategy and execution for their flagship game as well as their future projects.

Deine Aufgaben

Define and execute marketing strategies across existing and future games
Lead and inspire teams across brand, growth and community marketing efforts
Build and drive innovative marketing strategies
Manage performance marketing budget, establishing and maintaining monthly KPI targets
Oversee and manage the Marketing function ensuring alignment with company goals

Dein Profil

Strong background in Growth and Product Marketing
Mobile gaming industry experience is a must
Proven success in building and leading marketing strategies
Excellent communication and team leadership skills
