From 1921 to this day, Hanwag stands for traditional handcrafted workmanship combined with technical expertise, continuous innovation, durability and tradition.

For nearly 100 years, we have been making high-quality, functional mountaineering and trekking footwear at our headquarters in Vierkirchen near Munich.

Together with experienced professional athletes – alpinists, trekkers and mountain guides – our shoe designers and developers create innovative footwear for outdoor use that is perfected down to the smallest detail.

With a specific focus on the perfect fit, robustness and high-quality materials, all of the company’s footwear is made in Europe.

We are currently looking for a (Senior) Brand Marketing Manager able to strengthen our team in Vierkirchen (Munich).

Deine Aufgaben

Team Leadership: Develop and coach at least one team member, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and professional growth.
Brand Marketing Campaigns: Design and implement innovative brand marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with our brand identity and heritage.
Project Management: Manage multiple marketing projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that engages our audience and enhances brand visibility globally.
E-commerce Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and support an effective e-commerce strategy that drives online sales and enhances customer experience.
Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, conveying brand messages clearly and persuasively.
Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and customer satisfaction.

Dein Profil

Minimum of 4 years experience in brand marketing, preferably within the outdoor or sports industry
Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
Team player who thrives in collaborative environments and values diverse perspectives
Deep passion for outdoor activities, craftsmanship, and a strong appreciation for the traditions of the industry
Good time management skills
Creative and problem-solving mindset
Detail-oriented way of working
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for storytelling
Good English knowledge (Business B2 level) and fluent in German (C1)
