Deine Aufgaben

Lead the monthly and quarterly budget optimization process with channel owners and define spend shifts across channels, marketplaces and regions, guaranteeing full budget fluidity globally
Develop Tableau dashboards for monthly budget and Performance KPI management – reinforce automation of Performance reporting
Take the lead for optimizing the incrementality measurement of Performance media spends globally
Further develop our Marketing Mix Modelling and multi touch attribution in collaboration with Analytics teams
Ideate innovative approaches and conduct experiments for budget allocation to different media channels
Develop holistic SAC and LTV/ incrementality evaluation by channel and tactic in order to drive the most efficient and incremental use of our 3P media spends
Ensure delivery of results at an operational level with respect to optimization, testing, scaling and identifying the impact of activities on performance KPIs

Dein Profil

5+ Jahre Berufserfahrung im Multi-Channel-Marketing mit Fokus auf Performance und Analytik
Erfahrung in Business Intelligence, Implementierung von Attributionsmodellen und Tracking
Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Aufbau von Tableau/SmartData-Dashboards zur Datenvisualisierung und Entscheidungsunterstützung
Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Verhandlungssichere Kenntnisse in einer oder mehreren europäischen Sprachen (bevorzugt)
Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich
Starke analytische und quantitative Fähigkeiten zur Nutzung von Daten zur Entwicklung, Validierung und Messung von Multi-Channel-Kampagnen
Verständnis der Abhängigkeiten zwischen Awareness- und Performance-Marketing-Aktivitäten
Ambitionierte, selbstmotivierte Einstellung und unternehmerischer Geist mit starkem Antrieb für Exzellenz und Ergebniserzielung
