Deine Aufgaben

Develop and implement a strategic internal communication plan to ensure transparency across the organization.
Monitor and adjust strategy using KPIs to measure engagement and employee feedback.
Create and execute strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention throughout the employee lifecycle.
Analyze engagement data to identify trends and propose actionable improvements.
Work with HR and leadership to align employee experience initiatives with broader goals.
Provide guidance on best practices for employee engagement and building a high-performance culture.
Design and implement strategies to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I).
Lead initiatives that support environmental, social, and governance goals (ESG).
Oversee efforts to define, communicate, and reinforce organizational values and culture.
