As the Marketing Automation and Marketo Expert (m/f/d) you are responsible for the cross functional commercial development of a Marketo based marketing automation strategy. You will also own both the setup of campaigns, strategic support of the commercial teams on implementing cross functional digital sales tasks in order to improve INNIO’s digital marketing success. Being a system expert within Marketo will allow you to collaborate closely with the commercial business development team and all other involved stakeholders like INNIO’s Communications and Marketing Department. Strong expertise with Marketo, experience of managing Marketo instances and integration with CRM systems such as SFDC are mandatory.

Deine Aufgaben

Strategic and operational management of current Marketo instances
Creation, programming, improvement and management of all templates and campaigns in Marketo
Building new, maintaining existing and improve INNIO’s automated marketing campaigns within Marketo
Identify marketing automation opportunities to develop new business for INNIO
Build advanced marketing automation strategies using Marketo to reach new customers and sell products and services to existing ones
Detailed analytics for company’s marketing automation activities out of Marketo
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between communications, IT, and sales to ensure common goals and objectives, fostering a strong team environment
Provide technical expertise in the use of Marketo, including system configuration, template development, and troubleshooting
Train and support team members in using Marketo
Stay up-to-date with the latest Marketo features and updates, provide recommendations for their use to functions involved in marketing automation activities
Understand and leverage the integration of Marketo with Salesforce (SFDC) to optimize communications and sales efforts
Support implementation and further development of Marketo Sales Insight
Support development of web personalization campaigns in cooperation with various stakeholders inside the company

Dein Profil

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (e.g. Marketing)
Marketo/SFDC certified expert
Very good working experience in a similar role, managing Marketo instances and Marketo core functionality
Experience of implementation and development of additional Marketo’s modules (e.g. Marketo Sales Insight, Web Personalization and Dynamic Chatbot) is a plus
Proven track record of successful communications campaign management using Marketo
Excellent communication and project management skills
Strong team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Excellent command of English language, both written and spoken
