Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives
Identify opportunities for growth and optimization within the French market and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
Develop comprehensive and performance-based marketing strategies and campaigns specifically targeting French-speaking audiences
Research and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape in the French market
Collaborate with cross-functional teams like SEA, social media, design and media buying to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives
Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better – you’ll never hear the phrase “…because that’s how we’ve always done things”
Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential

Dein Profil

Proven experience in performance-oriented marketing roles, with a track record of driving measurable results
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
Demonstrate ability to develop structured and impactful marketing materials
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey messages concisely and effectively
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Fluency in French and English (written and verbal) is required
