Automate the collection of support information from users when a software tool requires assistance
Develop a script to extract and visualize the usage flow of tools from source code
Collaborate with our team to identify areas for process improvement and implement automation solutions

Dein Profil

Automate the collection of support information from users when a software tool requires assistance
Develop a script to extract and visualize the usage flow of tools from source code
Collaborate with our team to identify areas for process improvement and implement automation solutions
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Perl or C++
Experience with automation tools and scripting languages
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
