Deine Aufgaben

Drive the development of the overall Siemens IT landscape. Moderate the Enterprise Architecture Council and coordinate a virtual team of Architects to synchronize the target architecture development processes across Siemens.
Improve the architecture governance along Siemens’ Business Units ITs by managing IT standards, driving decision and escalations. Regular reporting on Technical Debt.
Lead projects from an architectural perspective, coordinating with project teams to ensure the successful delivery of architecture work.
Prepare and moderate architecture community meetings, prepare news article to communicate architecture design. Managing the EAM Homepage, Postbox and Viva Engage community.
Managing Siemens Architecture Tools (incl. LeanIX) and driving data quality. Drive Change Request to LeanIX according to the defined methodology. Consult all architecture parties to apply the architecture toolbox correctly.

Project Leadership: Lead projects from an architectural perspective, coordinating with project teams to ensure the successful delivery of architecture work.
Stakeholder Community: Prepare and moderate architecture community meetings, prepare news article to communicate architecture design. Managing the EAM Homepage, Postbox and Viva Engage community.
Architecture Repository & Methodology: Managing Siemens Architecture Tools (incl. LeanIX) and driving data quality. Drive Change Request to LeanIX according to the defined methodology. Consult all architecture parties to apply the architecture toolbox correctly.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in enterprise architecture, specifically in application and platform architecture (designing and implementing scalable and robust architectures)
Excellent understanding of current architectural principles and methods
Exceptional problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, project management abilities, in addition to strong communication and collaboration skills round up your profile
Proven record working with EAM Tools e.g. LeanIX, as well as Agile program transformation delivery methods
