Deine Aufgaben

  • Build and manage relationships with channel partners’ marketing department
  • Deliver OnePlus brand and product values to channel partners to enhance the brand attention on OnePlus
  • Responsible for developing, driving and implementing channel marketing campaigns and activities
  • Implementing channel campaigns in order to expand market share and pursue aggressive growth targets
  • Make rational use of marketing resources and plan marketing campaign to increase the visibility and help to build a premium brand image, based on analysis of data we have on previous campaigns and other data resources we have
  • Monitor external channels such as media, blogs and forums to identify trends and analyse competitor activations. Working closely with all aspects of the business to gather product and channel insights
  • Identify and measure key KPIs and metrics to continuously improve performance and report back to the marketing director and EU HQ
  • Assist the marketing team on product launches and branding campaigns. Help to produce plans for content engaging and informative content to attract, convert and retain customers and community
  • Admin support for Sales Team (communication with partners on confirmed promotions/ offices and uploading invoices to our internal systems)

Dein Profil

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related subjects
  • German as native language is required, as well as good copywriting and proofreading skills
  • Excellent presentation skills in German and English
  • Experience in Channel Marketing or Project Management
  • Ideally, experience working with a German operator, Retailer, smartphone/consumer electronics brand or in an agency environment
  • Past experience managing marketing budget within a channel marketing or CoOp setting is preferred
  • Consumer electronics and tech industry experience preferred
  • Strategic and creative – ensures that marketing campaigns are delivered against business objectives and articulates key message
  • Proactive – enjoys taking responsibility and making things happen
  • Organised – able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while managing essential admin work and reports
  • Comfortable with tight deadlines and ability to handle changing requirements
