Deine Aufgaben

Support our sales team in daily operations, campaign creation, and strategic outreach to drive growth
Keep stakeholders accountable with regular follow-ups and reach out to new prospects
Create targeted lead campaigns and identify new business opportunities, focusing on data-driven experimentation
Represent HealthCaters digitally and physically at events, trade shows, etc.
Continually identify and propose new opportunities for expansion and innovation
Ensure the efficiency of our sales processes and integrate sales data correctly into our internal knowledge management
Conduct customer interviews on an as-needed basis to gather insights

Dein Profil

You are currently enrolled at a college or university for at least 2 more semesters
You have initial relevant work experience through working student positions or internships
You are extremely good with people and a natural seller
You are passionate and like learning new skills
You are comfortable working in dynamically changing conditions with a high degree of autonomy
You have a sincere affection for working with people, and you don’t get exhausted being the person of contact for many
You are a risk-taker, and entrepreneur at heart – you are willing to experiment, work fast, and deliver results in the realms of high uncertainty
You speak fluent German & English
