Senior/Lead Monetization Manager

We’re looking for a Senior/Lead Monetization Manager to shape the daily player journey and drive studio-wide alignment around what players should see, feel, and do each day. You’ll be the “director of the day”—crafting each moment to reflect the monthly theme, nudging players toward the meaningful actions and purchases, and ensuring that the entire team—design, art, marketing, communications and operations—is working from the same script. This role is about more than offers and events. It’s about changing how we think, driving clarity, and ensuring our communication and content deliver real impact every day.
