Deine Aufgaben

Lead the design and creation of technical training programs and materials, including manuals, online modules, and videos tailored to data centre services.
Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to ensure content is up-to-date, relevant, and meets the specific needs of various roles.
Customize training programs for different levels of expertise within the organization.
Ensure effective delivery of both in-house and outsourced training programs, utilizing the latest methods such as simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, and professional development classes.
Deliver training programs directly when required, ensuring a hands-on, engaging learning experience.
Manage internal training resources and collaborate with external providers as necessary.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training solutions through feedback, tests, and evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.
Stay informed on the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure training content remains current and effective.
Identify opportunities to enhance training processes and materials.
Lead the development and implementation of training pathways for apprentices, trainees, and new hires to ensure they are set up for success from day one.

Dein Profil

Engineering qualification, preferably in electrical engineering or a related field.
Significant experience in a technical role within a data centre environment, with proficiency in data centre technologies and best practices.
Experience mentoring, coaching, or managing technical teams.
Experience in developing and delivering training programs is highly desirable.
Industry certifications such as Certified Data Centre Professional (CDCP) or equivalent are advantageous.
Fluent in English and German
Strong understanding of data centre infrastructure management and operations.
Exceptional communication skills – able to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
Strong leadership, planning, and project management abilities.
Creative approach to designing engaging training programs and motivating participants.
Proficiency with e-learning platforms and training software is a plus.
