Deine Aufgaben

Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams to support the technical design activities for commercial opportunities.
Support global sales by providing technical expertise. Understand technical interdependencies, collect in-depth information from specialists, and communicate and sell complex solutions, acting as a consultant for the sales team and clients.
Act as the “technical face” of Digital Realty, understanding customer business, operational, and technical requirements to present tailored solutions.
Build strong working relationships with colleagues within the country, region, and globally, serving as the primary technical interface between various functions.
Ensure solutions are successfully transitioned to the delivery teams, maintaining high standards and customer satisfaction throughout the process.

Dein Profil

Technically proficient team player with experience in a multidisciplinary work environment
Ability to work closely with Sales, Engineering, and Operations
Provide pre-sales technical expertise
Support multiple sales efforts
Comprehensive grasp of technical requirements for data centers
Facilitation skills in multidisciplinary workshops
Experience in electrical, mechanical, network, or operational aspects of data centers
Project management experience
Experience with technical tools such as Salesforce, AutoCAD, Adobe CS
Fluent in English and German
Ability to present complex technical solutions simply
Strong customer focus and service skills
Quick learning capabilities
Proactive problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills
Analytical skills
