Deine Aufgaben

Be responsible for the ongoing management and performance of foodspring influencers across all disciplines (athlete, celeb, social media influencer)
Set up of overall KPIs and deliverables and implementation of overall influencer strategy; considering brand driving & conversion based objectives
Lead negotiation of terms with all influencers / management
Own the Influencer budget, optimising plan to meet targets
Monthly performance tracking; adopting PDCA to drive understanding of root cause and action plan.
Work with the brand team to set guidelines and key messages to influencers, ensuring brand consistency across all areas of marketing mix
Work with Brand Activation team to deliver meaningful partnerships, events, and PR executions; leveraging the creativity and authenticity of our partners and bringing to life the brand
Partner with the commercial team to ensure business goal alignment and product focus.

Dein Profil

4+ years experience in a similar role & 1 year of experience in people management, preferably with FMCG related influencer
Experience in delivering Marketing Influencer strategy
Previously implemented influencer guidelines / playbook
Track record in managing international influencer activation
Budget management and proven track record of driving / leading influencer negotiations with tangible results
You are a relationship builder with excellent communication stakeholder management skills crossfunctionally
Analytical mindset, able to translate insights into action
Strong understanding of P&L management
Organised & detail oriented
You have a passion for Influencer marketing and are driven by critical thinking & creativity
Education: Degree in business or marketing related field
You speak fluent English, other languages are a plus: DE, IT, FR, ES
