As a part of this role, you will be responsible for implementing new and enhancing current controlling concepts and tools, ensure transparency in the financial performance and value drivers, to support the finance function becoming a reliable and effective business partner.

Deine Aufgaben

You standardize, harmonize, and optimize the company’s financial landscape, controlling processes, and management reporting by challenging the status quo
You will take over ownership for controlling and reporting related projects and present results to various stakeholders
You assist with day-to-day operational/processual activities such as month-end closing (e.g. accrual creation) and year-end closing procedures
You lead the global fixed costs budget and forecasting process
You align and communicate changes in the controlling landscape in a timely and efficient manner
You support the onboarding of newly acquired companies by integrating them into our structure
You serve as an effective finance business partner to the operational and leadership team by providing reliable reporting on P&L, Cash Flow and Balance Sheet on time

Dein Profil

You have successfully completed studies in the field of finance or accounting
You have gained 5+ years of post-qualification work experience in a similar controlling related role, preferably in a project-based business model
A ‚hands-on‘, collaborative approach whilst working on detailed transactions on an independent basis and coordinating input from others
Have excellent project management skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships, gain consensus among various teams, and drive initiatives to completion effectively
You embrace the change and comfortable to work in an international and dynamic work environment
You possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and preferably, G-Suite as well
You ideally have prior touchpoints with Adaptive Planning, SAP S/4HANA, and Power BI
You are fluent in English and preferably, also in German
