Deine Aufgaben

Ensure the availability of our technical security systems, adhering to SLAs.
In case of incidents, coordinate troubleshooting efforts with the local security team and Global STAT function.
Manage inquiries through a work order database, ensuring accurate tracking, prioritization, and completion of tasks in line with SLAs and OLAs.
Maintain records, analyze data, and report issues to the onsite manager while coordinating between team members, vendors, and customers.
Verify the accuracy of knowledge bases, program security devices, assist with metrics reporting, and support process improvements.

Dein Profil

Minimum of two (2) years experience in the IT and/or security industry, and/or, strong customer service experience
English speaking mandatory, Spanish intermediate
Prefer experience in software management and administration of integrated security solutions and/or working knowledge of IT platforms.
Previous customer service experience desired
Ability to work in a team environment
Problem solving experience
AMAG and Lenel certified by company sponsor within 1 year of employment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to written detail
Skilled in organizational and time management
Familiarity with corporate dynamics and general business processes
Receptive to process modifications and implementation
Confidentiality, respect and professionalism
