We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Release Manager with general project management skills and IT affinity to join our team. The Release Manager will be part of smart IT, and will play a key role in dependency mapping and steering between all IT teams. As an expert with a (smart) agile mindset, the Release Manager will be responsible for scope steering and keeping a scope overview per release.

Deine Aufgaben

(Scope) Dependancy mapping and steering between all IT teams to drive the development process.
Plan and steer SITs, ensuring that the tested features are aligning with business goals.
Collaborate with IT partners as well als partner management to ensure successful project delivery.
Scope overview per release and scope briefing of website team to optimize the team’s productivity and
efficiency.
Preparing and steering go live activities including runbook and control tower to ensure product quality.
Stakeholder management in the context of working closely with other teams within smart IT as well as
with partners of smart IT.
Planning and steering of the deployment windows of development scope

Dein Profil

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields

Professional Experience

3+ years of experience in release / project management, preferably in the IT area

Knowledge / Functional Expertise

General IT skills, ideally AEM / Frontend
Optional: Backend knowledge
Project management skills
Agile way of working

Key Competencies / Soft Skills

Ownership
Structured & resilient
Fluent in English, geman language skills are a plus
