We are seeking a skilled and creative Publishing Live Ops Director who can bring fresh perspectives and data-driven decisions to lead our large-scale mobile game Live Ops on the Publishing side. As the Publishing Live Ops Director, your mission is to ensure the continuous engagement and satisfaction of our players while maximizing revenue opportunities. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the live operations strategy of our main game, June’s Journey, driving the acquisition and reacquisition of users, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Proven experience in a similar role within the online games industry, or community-driven products (Mobile Game experience is not a must).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.
Effective leadership and communication skills to foster effective work across diverse teams.
Strategic mindset with the agility to adapt to the ever-changing gaming landscape.
People management experience, with a track record of mentoring and developing team members.
Previous experience in PR and marketing strategy development is highly valued.
