We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Product Owner with team management background to join our team. The Product Owner will be responsible for managing a team, and will play a key role in change & stakeholder management. As an expert with a (smart) agile mindset, the Product Owner will, as part of one team, be responsible for support in requierement definition, testing, product “ownership” and timeline management.

Deine Aufgaben

Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, both on-shore and off-shore, providing prioritization sessions for the backlog and planning sessions to drive the development process.
Be the “owner” of the product, ensuring that business requirements are met and fulfilled.
Managing the team, using your expertise in decision making, communication, project management, organization and structure.
Collaborate with steakholders, including business owners to ensure successful project delivery.
Continuously provide education and give feedpack, train and coach, have check-ins and support with problems as well as giving clear priorities and targets to optimize the team’s productivity and efficiency
Define requirements and ensure requirements are completed in a timely manner, such as by signing off on tickets, and finally test the scope to ensure product quality meets stakeholder expectations.
Ensure the way of working of smart is followed by your team

Dein Profil

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, (Business) Computer Science, Business Information Systems or related fields

Professional Experience

3+ years of experience in product management

Knowledge / Functional Expertise

Project management
Leadership / managing a team

Key Competencies / Soft Skills

Empathy and people skills
Agile mindset
Likes to communicate
Fluent in English, geman language skills are a plu

Technologies (sepreate per role)
We do not expect candidates to be familiar with all technologies, but being familiar with the applications assigned to the respective PO cluster is a plus.
