Marketing Lead

Deine Aufgaben

Strategically build and execute the digital marketing strategy in close collaboration with multiple teams.
Set up ad campaigns and media buying based on real-time data.
Plan and implement the advertising campaign and analysis process, keeping in mind the vision and KPIs.
Analyze and report the results of the marketing campaigns based on the set KPIs.
Work in close collaboration with the award-winning Creative Service team, social media and Community manager team, Production, and Graphic Designers to plan and execute the campaigns.
Act as caretaker for the brands represented by Crytek.
Actively drive market research.
Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals.

Dein Profil

6+ years of professional experience in marketing management within the video games industry, including 2+ years of leadership experience.
Proven experience with published games, ideally live service games. 
Analytical and data-driven mindset, with a demonstrated ability to make strategic decisions and optimize marketing efforts based on real-time data analysis.
A passion for gaming including a good understanding of the gaming industry and current trends. 
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
