As a Working Student (f/m/x) you will support the product manager in the administration of the funding processes for our new mobile games.
Our latest game is funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection to the value of EUR 1.8 million. You will act as an important partner between the finance team and the product team.
Supporting the product manager in applying for and processing funding applications
Clarification of questions with the funding institution
Checking timesheets and preparing funds
Depending on your individual capabilities, you will take on your own projects and gain insight into our various departments such as finance, marketing and human resources
General administrative tasks
As compensation we are offering 12€ per hour and the scheduling of the hours is open to negotiation. This position requires regular on-site office visit – Residency in the Hamburg area is required.
Preferred starting date: As soon as possible
YOUR PROFILE
Enrolled student e.g. in the field of Economics, International Management or similar from the 5. semester onwards
Very good knowledge of German (min. C1) and English
Enjoys numbers, good analytical skills and detail oriented
Sound knowledge of common MS Office, especially Excel
Open, friendly and a team player
Preferably first experience in controlling or project management
