We are looking for a motivated and talented Regular Character Concept Artist with focus on External Development.
The Character Concept Artist will be responsible for overseeing the deliveries created by external partners and ensuring the visual direction is carried through into the game to the highest quality. The successful candidate will be expected to provide feedback and manage art deliverables as well as drive the external development content creation of a wide variety organic and non-organic character elements. Candidates must be able to hit the internal standards of art, have good knowledge of Game Development and exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Iterate on ideas quickly through sketches and thumbnails
Track external development on daily basis and incoming assets.
Coordinate with other studio groups and production to achieve project objectives.
Creating in-game Characters when needed, following art direction.
2+ years experience in game development
Expert understanding of current game art processes, limitations and dependencies
Excellent knowledge of 3D Software Packages and Photoshop
High Quality portfolio of gamedev-relevant art
Strong knowledge of understanding of anatomy.
Ability to deliver and receive constructive feedback
Good English communication and writing skills.
Positive team-oriented attitude.
