During this exciting internship you’ll get the opportunity to support Red Bull Studios in the development, organization, and delivery of entertaining, commercial, cinematic films and series around the world that are made for the big screen and premium streaming/broadcast partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we’ll trust you with:

• ORGANIZATION
  A core task is to support the production department in the preparation of documents and to cover the coordination of production and post-production planning and execution. Furthermore, you’ll set up, organise, and take minutes for internal and external meetings, and send weekly mailings.
  Another central responsibility is the filing and calendar management, collecting information and supporting materials to maintain them into our tracking system.
• PARTNER MANAGEMENT
  Manage Production Partners to ensure all minimum RBS requirements are met, including technical and legal requirements. Work with RBS Production Management team to track all costs, organize legal documents and deliverables, and align with all partners to ensure goals are met domestically and globally. Providing additional production support to RBS team members is also your task.

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

• Demonstrated interest, and/or education, and/or experience in the development, production or distribution of motion pictures
• Clear, concise, and effective communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to organise physical and digital workspaces
• Experience with writing, calculation, presentation, organisation, and industry specific software and programs considered an asset
• Eager to learn and willing to dive into new and complicated tasks
• Willing to travel if required
• A related post-secondary degree is considered an asset
  Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages not required, but considered an asset
• Travel 0-10%
